Winter in southwest Colorado should be on every photographer's buck list! The snow-capped mountains of the San Juan Range are truely a magical winter wonderland. Some of the highest mountains in Colorado are found in this area and make perfect winter subjects for our cameras. Simply put, Jeff will get you to some of his favorite winter places in his homeland!
Many of the locations require some snowshoeing to get us to our locations. For this reason, you should plan to bring your snowshoes (or I can help you rent them). Easy to moderate snowshoeing can be expected. Otherwise, many of the locations are roadside. As is true for all of Jeff's tours, you can not only expect to have photographic opportunities be maximized but you will also get significant time with learning Jeff's post-processing techniques.
*Tentative - I keep the itinerary very flexible so that I can put you in the best locations
at the best times depending on weather and conditions.
