Terms and Conditions
Workshop Costs Include: Lodging (based on double occupancy, single supplement is an additional $300) and continental breakfasts; Ground transportation service from origination point throughout the duration of the tour; Applicable entrance fees; Expert photographic guiding and instruction. We can usually arrange to even pick you up (and return you to) from the airport.
Accommodations: All lodging is included in the price of the tour (based on double occupancy). If you want your own room, the single supplement is $300 to cover the additional rooms required. Further, when possible we pair people up to share rooms, if so desired.
Not Included: Activities not indicated on itinerary; lunch and dinner costs, gratuities; personal use items such as phone, laundry, etc.; film and processing costs, travel/baggage/accident/cancellation insurance;
Transportation: Costs for flights/ground transportation from participants home city to origination point are not included. Participants are responsible for making their own arrangements for the agreed upon arrival time at the origination point for the start of the workshop.
Group Size: Unless stated otherwise, all weeklong tours are limited to 6 people. Because of small group sizes it is recommended that you sign up early so that you can reserved your spot.
Reservations: A deposit of $400 is required at the time of registration with the balance due in-full ninety (90) days prior to the start of the tour. If registration occurs within 90 days of departure, at that time the payment is due in-full. You can reserve a space by calling Nature Revealed Photography at (970) 433-3355. We accept all major credits cards, or we will hold your reservation for seven days, while awaiting your personal check or money order. Make checks payable to “Nature Revealed Photography”. Payments can be mailed to: Nature Revealed Photography, c/o Jeff Jessing, 20310 Highway 160, Unit A3, Durango, Colorado 81301.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 90 days or more prior to the start of the tour, a refund, less a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit, will be made. Per person charges for cancellations received 90 days or less from the trip start date are as follows: 90-60 days - 40% of trip cost; 60 or fewer days prior to departure - 100% of trip cost. The purchase of travel insurance covering baggage, accident/life and trip cancellation is highly recommended. Nature Revealed Photography reserves the right to cancel any group due to insufficient registration. In the event of such cancellation, those with reservations shall be notified as soon as possible and a full refund of trip payment will be given. Nature Revealed Photography is not responsible for additional expenses incurred in preparation for a trip.
If you take more than one photography tour with Nature Revealed during a calendar year, you will receive
a $100 discount on the second and all subsequent workshops that calendar year
